Bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
Add the chicken, carrots, soba noodles, soy sauce and jalapeƱo, allow to cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through and noodles are tender.
Add the sugar snap peas, cover, and allow 3 minutes (or more if desired), until peas are tender.
Sprinkle with crushed red peppers and fresh parsley.
